Stress is an adaptive physiological response carried out by the body to promote survival during fight or flight. Short term stress has many protective benefits, however long term stress can be damaging to the body. 

The problem we face today is over-stimulation in one way or another; from social media, TV, processed foods, life events, illness, etc. there has never been a more critical time to support your body's response to stress. 

Stress is a subjective experience; what is stressful for one person, may not be stressful for another, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to managing stress.
