Returns

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact hello@linknutrition.com to discuss a possible return or refund.

You can return unopened products in their original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product. You must pay the direct cost of returning the products.

All returns must include the order number of the purchase, and returns must be confirmed with Link Nutrition via email before being sent. Your order will be refunded once we have received and inspected the items and confirmed them to be in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed to the payment method used when purchasing. We cannot issue refunds to alternate credit cards/bank accounts. We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst being returned to us in the absence of tracking information provided by the courier service used. Where damage occurs due to poorly packed returns no refund will be provided.

If your order is damaged during delivery, or if you receive an incorrect item or quantity, please contact us within 14 days so we can rectify the situation.
