Immune-boosting berry smoothie

Smoothies are a nutritious way to start the day! The good news is, you can pack them full of vitamins and minerals that help to boost immunity too. This berry smoothie is one of our favourites. We've included 3 different berries which are all rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre which help to nourish the immune system - win!


  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries 
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful of frozen blackcurrants
  • 100ml water 
  • 100ml oat or almond milk
  • 1/2 cinnamon

You can use fresh berries when they are in season, but they are equally as nutritious when they are frozen!



1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. 


2. Serve up in your favourite glass or add to your travel mug and drink on the go!
