Super Green Breakfast Smoothie

This super green smoothie is packed full of brain-boosting nutrients and is the perfect way to kickstart the day! 

 

SUPER GREEN BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • Hanful of spinach leaves 
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 an avocado 
  • Small cup of broccoli 
  • 1/2 cup of water

Add 1-2 capsules of Link Nutrition's Brain Food to an added brain boost!

 

Method: 

1. Pop all the above ingredients into a blender and whizz it up into completely smooth. Serve in a glass with plenty of ice!
